- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days via Royal Mail, proof of delivery): £3.95, free on orders over £70.
- Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 working days via Royal Mail): £6.50.
- Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
- If you’d like your order shipped via another courier, please contact us before placing your order.

- Standard Delivery (5–15 working days, subject to customs): £11.00 flat rate.
- Shipped from the UK on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis (export taxes covered, import duties payable by the customer on arrival).

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Kind Bag. If not, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (non-sale items only).
How to Return
- Email hello@kindbag.co within 30 days to request your return.
- Ensure your bag is unused, in its original packaging with labels and tags.
- Include your order number (on the outside of the parcel + a note inside).

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return in good condition.
