How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
UK Mainland, Highland and Islands:
Delivery with a proof of delivery (3-5 days / Royal Mail) at £1.95, free for orders over £25.
Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 days / Royal Mail) at £4.95 free for orders over £100.
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) at a flat rate of £11.00. Free for orders over £150.
Rest of The World:
Standard Delivery (3-9 days) at £15.50, free for orders over £150.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. To check if your country is included and for details of cost and time head to our delivery page.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you made a mistake during the checkout process, please make sure you contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to change your information, but if the parcel has already left our warehouse, there is nothing we can do.
Will I be charged taxes and/or duties?
Your order will be shipped from UK and with the Delivery Duties Unpaid, where the seller is responsible for the export taxes only. It is the buyers responsibility for paying the import taxes upon receipt of the item. The buyer can pay these at the local post office/online.
What is your returns policy?
We really hope you love your Kind Bag but if for any reason you are not happy or change your mind please email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund on non-sale items. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order. Please do not send us any returns without contacting us first. We will only accept returns to the address given by us once we are contacted.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your returns process. Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return.
Please ensure the product is returned unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
A full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that the original postage charge is not refundable.
We expect all our bags to arrive in perfect condition and be of excellent quality. However, if there is any fault with your product please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to proceed a return?
Once our warehouse has received and processed your return a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
What happens if you don't receive my return?
We recommend that you send the parcel with tracking and use a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Any issues please email us as soon as possible.
Orders and Payments
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once we receive your order we always aim to ship quickly. If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we’ll do change it before the order ships .
We are unable to modify an order once it has shipped however we may be able to cancel it before it ships if you contact us right away. We will always do our best to assist with returns and exchanges where possible.
