Delivery Information
Shipping fees
UK Mainland
- Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £3.95, free on orders over £70
- Express Tracked Delivery (next working day, arriving between 8am and 9pm): £6.50
Both services are sent with Royal Mail. During very busy periods, or for more remote addresses, express can occasionally take an extra day.
USA
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): $8, free on orders over $95
Shipped direct from our US warehouse with all duties and taxes paid, so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Europe
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £11.00 flat rate, free on orders over £150
Rest of the World
- Standard Delivery (3–8 working days): £15.50, free on orders over £150
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends and bank holidays, go out the next working day.
Delivery estimates run from the point your order leaves our warehouse, not from when you place it. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
Changed your mind?
You have 1 hour after placing your order to make changes, using the link on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. After that your order has been sent to our warehouse and we're not able to change it.
Customs and import taxes
Orders to Europe and the Rest of the World (excluding the USA) are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid. We're responsible for export taxes only, and any import taxes are payable by you on receipt. These can be paid at your local post office or online with the carrier.
The amount depends on your own country's rules, so we're not able to calculate it in advance.
US orders are unaffected, as they ship from our US warehouse with duties already paid.
Our packaging
We use 100% plastic-free, recyclable packaging to ship our products. Please make sure it's disposed of correctly if you're not reusing it.

Sending as a gift?
We'd love you to send our bags directly from our warehouse to your recipient. There's no billing information included in the parcel, so it's ready to give as it arrives.
Our mailing carton is letterbox friendly for contactless delivery, up to six medium bags. You can also add your own message to the packing slip on the cart page before you check out.
