Introducing our second-generation Medium Hackney 2.0 Backpack, sustainably and ethically made from 100% recycled and recyclable water-resistant fabric. Retaining the streamlined design of the original, this updated version features contemporary enhancements for improved functionality and style. The roll-top closure with a zip and extra-strong magnets ensures secure and easy access to your belongings. With long side pockets designed to hold your water bottle and extra padding for back support, this backpack is perfect for daily commutes, travel, or outdoor adventures. Additional features include an elastic hook inside and a metal hook on the strap to keep your keys, purse, or reusable water bottle organised and within reach.

UK, Islands & Highlands
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days via Royal Mail, proof of delivery): £3.95, free on orders over £70.
- Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 working days via Royal Mail): £6.50.
- Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
- If you’d like your order shipped via another courier, please contact us before placing your order.

- Standard Delivery (5–15 working days, subject to customs): £11.00 flat rate.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Kind Bag. If not, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (non-sale items only).
How to Return
- Email hello@kindbag.co within 30 days to request your return.
- Ensure your bag is unused, in its original packaging with labels and tags.
- Include your order number (on the outside of the parcel + a note inside).

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return in good condition.
