30 days, returned to our US warehouse

If a bag isn't right, send it back within 30 days of your order arriving. Returns go to our warehouse in Wisconsin — you're not posting anything to the UK.

Start your return at kindbag.co/tools/return. We'll confirm it and send you everything you need.

What we need

The bag should be unused and in its original condition, with the packaging and tags still attached. We're not able to accept a bag that's been used, washed or altered.

You cover the cost of return postage, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.

When you'll get your money back

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's faster than a formal exchange, and it means you're not waiting on the swap to clear before your new bag ships.

If something's faulty

Every Kind Bag is covered by a 2-year warranty. If a zip, strap or seam fails in normal use, don't send it back — email hello@kindbag.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it. That's separate from the 30-day window and separate from the condition rules above.
